PIP vs Medical Payments?

PIP vs Medical Payments?

Can someone help me to answer the difference between PIP and Medical payments. I heard that if I have health insurance coverage from my employer (I do have it), I do not need 2 buy PIP. Online quote does not let me select 2 of them, either PIP or Med Payments.
